Requirements

About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate assigned programs for individuals with developmental, intellectual, or mental health disabilities
- Oversee personnel management, including staff orientation and ongoing training
- Monitor program aspects such as individual goal development, plan implementation, and medical/financial operations
- Provide leadership, team building, and direct care as needed
- Ensure service quality aligns with person-centered practices, licensing requirements, and company expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred (candidates with 5+ years of direct supervision/management experience in Human Services may be considered in lieu of a degree)
- At least 1 year of full-time, direct experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
- Ability to lift, transfer, and provide personal care to persons served
- Strong communication, decision-making, and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in developing and implementing individual programs
- Experience managing budgets and supervising employees
