Program Director

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate assigned programs for individuals with developmental, intellectual, or mental health disabilities
• Oversee personnel management, including staff orientation and ongoing training
• Monitor program aspects such as developing individual goals, plans, and implementation
• Manage overall operations, including medical, financial, and maintenance aspects of the programs
• Provide leadership, team building, and direct care as needed
• Ensure quality of services aligns with person-centered practices, licensing, and company expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred (candidates with 5+ years of direct supervision/management experience in Human Services may be considered without a degree)
• At least 1 year of full-time, direct experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
• At least 2 years of management experience
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
• Ability to lift, transfer, and provide personal care to persons served
• Strong communication, decision-making, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in developing and implementing individual programs
• Experience implementing budgets and supervising employees
