Program Director

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, implementation, scheduling, and evaluation of residential programming
• Train, supervise, and evaluate a team of direct support professionals (DSPs)
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
• Develop and implement individual support plans (ISP) and behavior support plans (BSP)
• Manage program budgets and maintain accurate program-related documentation
• Maintain a safe and healthy living environment through regular inspections and assessments
• Monitor service quality and participate in licensing reviews and internal audits
• Provide direct care within programs as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, psychology, education, or a related field
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience in human services or a related setting
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor a diverse team
• Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in disability services
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
