About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and deploy business development strategies and performance in alignment with CIMPA agencies
- Secure and win tenders and calls for bids
- Lead and animate a team of cluster leaders and sales representatives
- Consolidate and report results to clients, the Monitoring Director, and the Executive Committee
- Identify and convert new opportunities by providing innovative solutions
- Ensure project profitability and long-term sustainability
- Act as the focal point for Manufacturing clients and manage client relationships
- Oversee business expertise, technological monitoring, and competitor analysis
Requirements
- Proven experience in transnational program management
- Expertise in Manufacturing Engineering
- Specific experience in industrialization issues
- Over 15 years of professional experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and energize cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English
