Program Director Business Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Lead the academic direction of the Bachelor's degree program in Business Intelligence.
• Provide academic advising to students and promote participation in international programs.
• Monitor student academic progress and conduct, implementing actions to improve performance where necessary.
• Act as the primary representative for students within the institution and vice versa.
• Manage disciplinary cases in accordance with current regulations.
• Supervise, provide feedback, and evaluate the performance of assigned staff.
• Strengthen external relationships and support activities complementary to the curriculum.
• Ensure compliance with the principles and vision of Tecnológico de Monterrey.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Intelligence or a related field (indispensable).
• Professional profile focused on Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
• Advanced level of English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Business Intelligence or a related field.
• Previous experience as a professor in related subject matters.
