Program Development Owner

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full product lifecycle for an assigned portfolio of educational products, ensuring curriculum alignment with accreditation and regulatory standards.
• Manage curriculum design, learning resource curation, development, budget, and timelines for online learning content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in academics, operations, and evaluation to drive improvements in curriculum, assessment, and instructional models.
• Ensure the relevance, quality, technical accuracy, and assessment validity of all assigned programs.
• Use data analytics and learning science to recommend innovations in learning products and delivery methods.
• Evaluate program and course performance to drive continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or discipline.
• 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in online education, standardized testing, or educational publishing.
• Proven experience interacting effectively with cross-organizational teams.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analytics and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field or discipline.
• Experience working in Higher Education.
• Background in Information Technology or Health Care.
