Program Development Manager, Capacity Planning - Data Center Construction

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning strategy for New Build and Lease projects, including cost estimating, constructability reviews, and procurement strategy
• Develop and maintain programmatic-level budgets and master schedules to drive cost and schedule excellence
• Coordinate cross-functionally between Site Acquisition, Energy, Design Engineering, and Construction teams
• Perform strategic analysis of the pipeline to optimize site sequencing and resource allocation against GW demand targets
• Present recommendations and trade-off analyses to senior leadership to influence multi-billion-dollar investment decisions
• Innovate and improve processes, tools, and frameworks to accelerate delivery and reduce costs across the program

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction management (preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, and cost management)
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, complex programs such as data centers or mission-critical infrastructure
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets at a hundreds-of-millions-dollar scale
• Expert-level scheduling capability using P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present technical information to executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with hyperscale data center capacity planning
• Ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable efficiency gains
• Experience leading capacity planning programs spanning compute, networking, power, or cooling
• Experience developing requirements for capacity planning tooling or demand forecasting platforms
