Program Delivery Lead

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute global end-to-end ERP rollout programs
• Lead and motivate project teams of 50-100 colleagues on a day-to-day basis
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and budget tracking to prevent overspending
• Serve as the primary liaison between project team members, stakeholders, and clients
• Identify, track, and mitigate potential project risks and issues
• Maintain high-quality standards for all project deliverables and documentation
• Report progress, risks, and challenges regularly to key client stakeholders

Requirements

• 8-10 years of management consulting experience with hands-on client delivery
• 5-8 years of experience in a PMO or project management capacity for complex transformations
• Proven experience leading and governing global multi-country ERP implementation programs
• Functional or technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience managing and communicating with CxO and CxO-1 level stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience leading large project teams of 50-100 people

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Hands-on experience with architecture, data migration, and integration oversight
• Experience in Change Management and user adoption for global rollouts
• Industry experience in the Services or Hospitality & Hotels sectors
• Professional certifications such as PMP or CAPM
