Program Delivery Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support grants administration across the bioscience portfolio, including data entry, due diligence, and financial tracking.
• Manage operations by developing tools, templates, and process tracking systems to assess program impact.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement by serving as a point of contact for awardees, academic institutions, and advisory board members.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with legal, finance, and communications teams to optimize program delivery.
• Assist with event planning, awardee-centered convenings, and the management of program communications.
• Maintain accurate data within internal tracking systems and support routine CMS and website updates.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an operational, grants, or program management/delivery function.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Proven capability of managing large awardee portfolios to achieve specified outcomes.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work onsite in the New York, NY office and travel domestically or internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the life sciences, biosciences, or science policy landscape.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar grant management systems (GMS).
• Proficiency with Airtable or similar project tracking platforms.
• Experience with virtual event platforms such as Zoom Webinars or Teams Live.
