Program Cybersecurity Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the safeguarding of products and solutions by developing Cybersecurity Management Plans
• Conduct threat modelling and define cybersecurity architecture and requirements
• Analyze security needs and formulate security objectives and strategies
• Plan and integrate security activities within the development lifecycle
• Provide expert guidance to engineering and product development teams on implementing security features
• Manage cybersecurity deliverables, including quality, cost, and timeliness
• Handle vulnerabilities, cybersecurity issues, and action plans
• Manage the evaluation of program cybersecurity levels and support cybersecurity audits
• Communicate and report on cybersecurity status within the program

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience or strong understanding of information technology and security
• Knowledge of product security areas such as cryptography, network protection, and identity management
• Familiarity with cybersecurity standards such as ISO 2700X, IEC 62443, or NIST
• Proven ability to manage the quality, cost, and delivery of cybersecurity initiatives
• Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Cybersecurity certification such as GICSP, CISSP, GSEC, or CISM
