Program Cost and Schedule Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budget baselines, and Integrated Master Schedules.
• Perform cost risk analysis, assessment, and preparation of detailed cost reports.
• Conduct performance measurement variance analysis and develop estimates to complete.
• Support financial forecasting, reporting, and the identification of program risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, functional management, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) to ensure resource availability.
• Collaborate with proposal teams to develop project roadmaps and identify critical resource requirements.
• Maintain schedule logic and communicate with customers and subcontractors regarding schedule-related matters.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Financial Management, or a Technical field.
• Proven experience using Deltek COBRA and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in a business analyst or technical role, preferably within a DoD or Government contracting environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing, managing, and forecasting corporate indirect rates.
• Experience developing and managing corporate cash flow.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
