About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, budget baselines, and Integrated Master Schedules.
- Perform cost risk analysis, assessment, and preparation of detailed cost reports.
- Conduct performance measurement variance analysis and develop estimates to complete.
- Support financial forecasting, reporting, and the identification of program risks and opportunities.
- Coordinate with Program Managers, functional management, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs) to ensure resource availability.
- Collaborate with proposal teams to develop project roadmaps and identify critical resource requirements.
- Maintain schedule logic and communicate with customers and subcontractors regarding schedule-related matters.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an active Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Financial Management, or a Technical field.
- Proven experience using Deltek COBRA and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in a business analyst or technical role, preferably within a DoD or Government contracting environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing, managing, and forecasting corporate indirect rates.
- Experience developing and managing corporate cash flow.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
