Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Support the ADP team in planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating sector projects to achieve program goals.
• Ensure projects promote quality, empowering, and sustainable development in alignment with national and sectoral strategies.
• Maintain compliance with relevant policies, including ministry policies, child sponsorship, and financial standards.
• Coordinate closely with CDC or FP to support one or more Area Development Programs (ADPs).
• Manage Field Facilitators and Sponsorship Officers to ensure effective program delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Coordinator specializing in Community Engagement or Sponsorship/Technical Programs.
• Proven experience managing Field Facilitators and Sponsorship Officers.
• Proficiency in implementing operational models with partners.
• Completed DPA and Partnering Training.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and facilitation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital collaboration tools such as MS Teams and Zoom.
• Proficiency in English communication.
