Program Coordinator - Transfer Center

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality front-line service to students, internal staff, and external university partners
• Provide administrative and clerical support to Transfer Center operations and office staff
• Coordinate logistics, marketing, and implementation for Transfer Center events and workshops
• Maintain university partner visitation schedules and coordinate partner activities
• Assist in creating communication and marketing plans to promote support services
• Manage student intake processes, respond to routine inquiries, and assist with appointment scheduling

Requirements

• Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 1-3 years of demonstrated office or clerical experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to provide timely support to students
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing responsibilities and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting event planning and coordination, including logistics and registration tracking
• Proficiency in Canva Design or similar graphic design software
