Program Coordinator - Summer Food Services Program

Responsibilities

• Assist with program planning and daily coordination for the Summer Food Services Program (SFSP)
• Prepare breakfast and lunches as needed and fill in for the Head Cook when necessary
• Conduct meal site monitoring reviews in compliance with NHDOE and USDA requirements
• Support the Program Manager with processing invoices, purchase orders, and maintaining food/supply inventory
• Provide required training to approved meal sites prior to meal distribution
• Maintain a professional and positive image as a representative of the organization

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency
• 2 years of experience coordinating service delivery in a social services setting
• 1 year of experience in commercial kitchens or equivalent food service
• 1 year of experience supervising kitchen staff
• ServSafe certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to various sites
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (50 pounds with assistance) and push/pull food carts up to 100 pounds
• Ability to pass a criminal record check
