Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified in-clinic prospects into enrolled patients through structured consultations.
• Drive revenue by proactively engaging prospective patients via phone, WhatsApp, and email to meet enrollment targets.
• Manage the patient onboarding process and schedule follow-up appointments to ensure continuity of care.
• Execute patient retention strategies by monitoring engagement and conducting outreach to at-risk patients.
• Coordinate patient flow, appointment scheduling, and insurance eligibility verification using EMR systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions, program progress, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Act as the primary point of contact for patients to address inquiries and ensure a high-quality experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience within a healthcare, medical, or wellness environment in the UAE.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and enrollment conversions.
• Proficiency with CRM, EMR, and insurance verification systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
• Note: Candidates with only patient coordination experience or B2C sales outside of healthcare will not be considered.
