About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the overall administration of Ticket Operations, including daily management of the Paciolan ticketing system.
  • Build events, create and maintain the eVenue online sales platform, and build renewal applications.
  • Serve as the primary ticket office liaison for Wrestling, Men’s Lacrosse, and other assigned outside events.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze ticket sales, attendance, and revenue reports.
  • Support the Marketing and Communications department with email marketing communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration, Marketing, or Sport Management preferred) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a ticket office environment.
  • Knowledge of Paciolan or other ticketing platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
