About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate student recruitment, application, selection, and enrollment processes for the Accelerated Family Medicine Track.
- Create and coordinate program schedules, calendars, and program materials, including website updates.
- Develop implementation and monitoring strategies to ensure students meet graduation timelines and program success.
- Manage program logistics, including scheduling meetings, securing venues, and arranging necessary resources.
- Provide administrative support such as preparing agendas, drafting correspondence, and maintaining program documentation.
- Assist with budget planning, resource allocation, and tracking program expenditures.
- Collect and analyze program data to measure performance, outcomes, and effectiveness.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students, to ensure successful program implementation.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree.
- Three years of experience in an administrative or department coordinator role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience working in a higher education environment.
