About the role

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate student recruitment, application, selection, and enrollment processes for the Accelerated Family Medicine Track.
  • Create and coordinate program schedules, calendars, and program materials, including website updates.
  • Develop implementation and monitoring strategies to ensure students meet graduation timelines and program success.
  • Manage program logistics, including scheduling meetings, securing venues, and arranging necessary resources.
  • Provide administrative support such as preparing agendas, drafting correspondence, and maintaining program documentation.
  • Assist with budget planning, resource allocation, and tracking program expenditures.
  • Collect and analyze program data to measure performance, outcomes, and effectiveness.
  • Interface with internal and external stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students, to ensure successful program implementation.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree.
  • Three years of experience in an administrative or department coordinator role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience working in a higher education environment.
