Program Coordinator I

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment efforts and market planning for the assigned Texas territory
• Manage budget oversight and create market analysis reports upon completion of recruitment cycles
• Coordinate high school visits, college fairs, panels, and virtual events
• Execute communication campaigns to foster relationships with out-of-state counselors and students
• Serve as a regional representative to drive enrollment growth among priority student populations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years of relevant experience in program coordination or an administrative function
• Current residency in the state of Texas
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a higher education setting
• Experience working with diverse populations of students, staff, and faculty
• Background in a college admissions office or experience as a high school counselor
