Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day academic program operations to ensure smooth delivery and adherence to deadlines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for students, providing guidance and timely support
• Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and retention to implement necessary support measures
• Collaborate with Program Directors, faculty, and internal departments such as Registry, Admissions, and IT
• Manage academic systems, learning platforms, and program documentation for accreditation compliance
• Coordinate faculty and visiting lecturers, including scheduling and administrative support
• Plan and organize academic events, including inductions, field trips, and graduation activities
• Oversee administrative and budget-related processes, including purchase orders and vendor invoices

Requirements

• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree (preferably in hospitality management or business)
• Demonstrated experience in supporting the delivery of educational programs
• Strong project management skills and the ability to operate autonomously
• Several years of professional experience, ideally within the hospitality industry or education sector
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English
