Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily program structure and therapeutic milieu
• Complete observation rounds and safety checks
• Support patients with de-escalation and coping skills
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and social activities
• Provide meal support and coaching aligned with treatment plans
• Document patient observations, vitals, and meal-related data in EHR
• Assist with administrative tasks, patient transportation, and facility needs

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required for PC I and II)
• Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field (Required for PC III)
• Minimum 1 year direct patient care experience (Required for PC II)
• Minimum 6 months behavioral health experience (Required for PC III)
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record
• Ability to work a flexible PRN schedule including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Mental Health/Psych Tech certification
• CNA certification
• ServSafe certification
