Program Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Perform complex administrative and operational support functions for the School of Management to support faculty, program directors, and the Dean.
• Assist with academic scheduling, faculty workload tracking, and the adjunct faculty hiring and onboarding processes.
• Coordinate office operations, including maintaining departmental calendars, managing correspondence, and updating academic program websites.
• Support event and program coordination by managing logistics for faculty events, including catering, registrations, and vendor relations.
• Assist with data collection and reporting for accreditation and internal university requirements.
• Recruit, train, and oversee student workers supporting school operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, higher education, communications, or a related field.
• Two years of progressively responsible administrative, program coordination, or academic support experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Suite.
• Experience working with university technical systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree.
• Prior experience as an administrative assistant in higher education, non-profit, or corporate environments.
• Experience specifically supporting graduate or professional academic programs.
