About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and analyze time-phased cost baselines, actuals, and forecasts
- Support the development of Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB) and facilitate Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
- Prepare and analyze program performance metrics including BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, variance analysis, and EAC
- Collaborate with Program Controls Schedulers to ensure cost-schedule integration
- Interface with corporate finance to align program reporting with business objectives
- Interface with Program Managers, CAMs, Engineering, Contracts, and Procurement to validate Estimates to Complete (ETC)
- Support proposal development by preparing cost volumes and Basis of Estimate (BOE)
- Monitor and report program performance using KPIs, dashboards, and trend analysis
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in program controls, cost analysis, or financial planning in aerospace or defense
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
- Experience in program cost control and earned value analysis
- Expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and ANSI/EIA-748 compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Deltek Cobra, wInsight, or EVMS for Project
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, NetSuite, or Costpoint
- Understanding of IPMR Formats 1–7 and customer reporting requirements
- Experience supporting proposal pricing and BOE development
