Program Controls Analyst

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze time-phased cost baselines, actuals, and forecasts
• Support the development of Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB) and facilitate Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)
• Prepare and analyze program performance metrics including BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, variance analysis, and EAC
• Collaborate with Program Controls Schedulers to ensure cost-schedule integration
• Interface with corporate finance to align program reporting with business objectives
• Interface with Program Managers, CAMs, Engineering, Contracts, and Procurement to validate Estimates to Complete (ETC)
• Support proposal development by preparing cost volumes and Basis of Estimate (BOE)
• Monitor and report program performance using KPIs, dashboards, and trend analysis

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in program controls, cost analysis, or financial planning in aerospace or defense
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Experience in program cost control and earned value analysis
• Expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and ANSI/EIA-748 compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Deltek Cobra, wInsight, or EVMS for Project
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, NetSuite, or Costpoint
• Understanding of IPMR Formats 1–7 and customer reporting requirements
• Experience supporting proposal pricing and BOE development
