Program Controls Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support senior program leadership by functioning as an XO/Chief of Staff-type role
• Coordinate, develop, and maintain executive-level briefings, reports, and slide decks
• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of program meetings and technical reviews
• Capture and track action items, decisions, and risks
• Maintain program schedules, milestones, and deliverable tracking tools
• Interface with cross-functional teams to synchronize inputs for briefings and reports
• Provide support in the development of program documentation, dashboards, and status reports
• Assist in identifying program risks, issues, and dependencies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or a related field
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in program support or project coordination
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance
• Experience supporting federal government, DoD, or NASA programs
• Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, or similar scheduling and risk management tools
• Exposure to systems engineering or technical program environments
• Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
