Program Chief Engineer (Technical Lead)

Responsibilities

• Lead a design team through the full hardware lifecycle, from initial specification to final delivery.
• Oversee digital board design, including schematic capture, SI/PI analysis, and layout coordination.
• Perform hands-on debugging in lab environments using scopes, logic analyzers, and bench supplies.
• Coordinate technical efforts across multiple disciplines including Mechanical, Software, Manufacturing, and Systems Engineering.
• Lead program design teams through major technical reviews such as PDR, CDR, and TRR.
• Support environmental qualification and acceptance testing, including thermal vacuum, vibration, and EMI/EMC.
• Provide technical oversight for module designs and perform detailed reviews of engineering drawings and designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of professional design experience.
• Extensive knowledge of circuit design and signal integrity.
• Proven experience leading module debug and system integration.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with digital or RF electronics design.
• Proficiency in FPGA design, embedded system design, or embedded software.
• Familiarity with environmental test methods and worst-case analysis.
