Program Chief Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead a design team from initial specification through hardware delivery including box, module, and board level designs
• Develop new architectures, refine existing architectures, and develop requirements
• Perform digital board design including schematic capture, SI/PI analysis, and routing coordination
• Conduct hands-on debug in lab environments using scopes and logic analyzers
• Provide technical oversight across Electrical Hardware, Logic, Mechanical, Software, and Systems disciplines
• Support full program life-cycle including Environmental Qualification and Acceptance testing (thermal, vibration, EMI/EMC)
• Lead program team through major technical reviews such as PDR, CDR, and TRR

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of design experience
• Extensive knowledge of circuit design and signal integrity
• Experience leading module debug and system integration
• Familiarity with environmental test methods and worst case analysis
• US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital or RF electronics design
• Experience with FPGA design and embedded system design
• Experience with single board computers or embedded software design
