Program & Change Acceleration Consultant

Responsibilities

• Support stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and the development of comprehensive change plans
• Create communications and engagement materials, including toolkits, messaging, and FAQs
• Assist with training planning, content development, and the execution of enablement programs
• Track adoption metrics and feedback to synthesize actionable insights for clients
• Support change network operations and maintain governance cadences
• Produce executive-ready change updates and performance dashboards

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in change management, transformation, communications, or PMO roles
• Strong AI literacy, including familiarity with core and generative AI concepts and their enterprise applications
• Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM) frameworks and adoption measurement
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to present and facilitate effectively
• Ability to collaborate across business and technology teams in fast-moving environments
• Basic understanding of how AI-enabled tools support the human change journey
