Program Chair (Undergraduate Educator Programs)

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic vision and leadership for undergraduate educator programs to ensure academic excellence and student success.
• Manage curriculum integrity by overseeing design, implementation, and continuous improvement of course content.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including faculty, design stakeholders, and academic analysts, to achieve program goals.
• Utilize data analysis and reporting to monitor student success metrics, course performance, and program quality.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards through diligent data gathering and reporting.
• Foster industry partnerships by engaging employers to serve on program advisory committees.
• Support faculty development by setting quality requirements and providing performance feedback.

Requirements

• Master's degree in education or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of post-secondary teaching experience, specifically within an online context.
• 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven experience in curriculum design, implementation, and oversight.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in education or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the K-12 system in teaching or leadership roles.
• Experience developing online education programs or scaling rapidly changing organizations.
• Demonstrated success in change management and navigating complex organizational structures.
• Experience developing high-stakes assessments.
