About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership to ensure academic excellence, curriculum integrity, and student success for graduate educator programs.
- Manage faculty development, performance evaluations, and readiness for course implementation.
- Oversee curriculum design, implementation, and continuous improvement through data analysis and reporting.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure course content is relevant to workforce needs and aligns with student competencies.
- Monitor student success metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards through diligent data gathering and reporting.
- Build relationships with industry representatives and employers to serve on program advisory committees.
Requirements
- Master's degree in education or a related field from an accredited institution.
- 5 years of post-secondary online teaching experience.
- 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Proven experience in curriculum design, implementation, and oversight.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in education or a relevant area.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the K-12 system in teaching or leadership roles.
- Experience developing online education programs or scaling rapidly changing organizations.
- Experience in developing high-stakes assessments and managing change in complex environments.
