Program Buyer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Purchasing and platform teams for vehicle development and production
• Manage supplier selection, relationships, and contract observance
• Conduct supplier kick-offs and negotiate volume increases or changes during development
• Control economic impact and timing of project changes
• Detect potential supplier shortages and manage escalations
• Support Supplier Quality teams regarding capacity and quality targets
• Lead summary meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Achieve Total Production Cost and final price targets

Requirements

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Procurement or Logistics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement
• Proven experience in purchasing and supplier negotiation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong report writing and information synthesis skills
• Professional working proficiency in French (B2–C1)
• Professional working proficiency in English (B2–C1)
