About the role
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules and prepare status reports
- Support and monitor preparation of agreements for sub-grantees and consultants
- Write case studies, policy briefs, research summaries, and presentation materials
- Assist in donor communications and fundraising activities
- Oversee financial administration including invoice processing, expense reports, and budget preparation
- Collect, validate, and input data using various software tools
- Synthesize information to prepare reports, tables, and charts for internal and external stakeholders
- Schedule meetings and manage meeting logistics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus two years of professional experience, or four years of relevant experience
- Experience in environmental or conservation science preferred
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Strong management of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience with online tools like SharePoint, Box, or Airtable
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Portuguese
