Program Associate - Digital Health & AI

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning and execution of program activities for the Digital Health & AI team.
• Provide technical assistance to project teams, state governments, and stakeholders during program implementation.
• Conduct literature reviews and create knowledge products, including concept notes, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate and participate in state-level planning and review meetings to ensure proper intervention implementation.
• Execute program activities, track progress, and document field observations for program reports.
• Support training and capacity-building activities for relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless coordination between state program teams and other external stakeholders.

Requirements

• BTech or Master’s degree in public policy, management, public health, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in the digital, consulting, public sector, or development sectors.
• Proven experience in project management and partner engagement.
• Demonstrated experience in research and documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other Indian languages is an advantage.
