Program Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and customer service for designated department management and programs
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and draft professional correspondence
• Serve as a receptionist by greeting visitors and answering phone inquiries
• Maintain program documentation, files, and records according to organizational policies
• Support program activities such as proctoring exams, assisting with lectures, and departmental events
• Act as a liaison between program staff, faculty, students, and other constituents

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to utilize a phone, computer, and other standard office equipment

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience in an office environment
• Previous experience working in a higher education setting
