About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform statistical and qualitative analysis of case data to monitor trends and AHAD KPIs.
  • Create customized reports, visual charts, and graphs for weekly, monthly, and annual reporting.
  • Conduct sensitive analysis of discrimination-claim data to identify recurring patterns and systemic issues.
  • Administer the Case Management System (CMS) by inputting, maintaining, and updating case information.
  • Serve as a backup to receive requests for consultations or allegations of harassment and discrimination.
  • Prepare written summaries of consultations and assist in updating outreach and information materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, Paralegal certificate, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
  • Experience using Case Management Systems (CMS) for tracking and reporting.
  • Strong statistical and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and highly confidential HR and case data.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in statistics, econometrics, or data science.
  • Experience reviewing and analyzing HR/workforce data to assess individual and systemic discrimination.
  • Advanced experience with CMS queries, data quality checks, and ad hoc analytic reporting.
