Program Analyst

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and analyze data sets across commute, campus, and on-demand programs
• Identify trends, develop forecasts, and offer strategic recommendations to improve service efficiency
• Monitor performance metrics and SLAs including ridership, OTP, GPS, and fleet maintenance
• Develop dashboards and scorecards in Power BI for internal teams and external clients
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports to inform MBRs, QBRs, and client presentations
• Partner with Dispatch and Operations to monitor incidents and service reliability
• Deliver actionable insights to Program Managers to support client communications and decisions

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Data Analytics, Operations, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience analyzing data and interpreting trends
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including advanced Excel skills
• Experience in transportation operations, logistics, transit, or mobility services
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex information

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience building and using Power BI dashboards and data visualization
• Proven ability to implement solutions that drive measurable results
• Knowledge of transportation technology such as Tripshot

• Salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year
