Program Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analyze data, identify trends, and prepare comprehensive reports
• Determine program requirements and provide strategic recommendations for optimization
• Analyze programs, policies, procedures, and systems to improve operational effectiveness
• Draft new or revised policies and procedures to support organizational goals
• Assist program managers with budget development, schedule management, and metric tracking
• Identify and resolve operational issues and problems
• Plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of various programs and operations
• Prepare and present formal reports and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
• 5 years of related professional experience
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
• Ability to use source data to evaluate program effectiveness and business processes
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Tier II Moderate Risk Background Investigation
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in strategic communications
• Baseline understanding of Information Technology (IT)
• Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM)
