Program Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support for business management operations related to major DoD acquisition programs
• Support management integration of program activities including planning, scheduling, funding, and risk management
• Coordinate with Government personnel and external organizations to facilitate streamlined program execution
• Develop and execute program acquisition strategies and prepare documentation such as SOWs, CDRLs, and PIDs
• Manage and track IPT Spending Plans in the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) and participate in financial reviews
• Analyze program data and prepare briefings, reports, and status updates for leadership and stakeholders
• Facilitate program and IPT meetings, document outcomes, and track action items to closure
• Perform configuration management, asset tracking, and logistics integration to ensure data integrity

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, science, business administration, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in technical program planning, implementation, contract interpretation, and budget development
• Strong understanding of defense acquisition, program execution, and stakeholder coordination
• Current Secret Clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 6 years
• Eligibility for TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Current Top Secret Clearance
• Experience with integrated master schedules, risk management, and program performance metrics
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage external relationships and coordinate with diverse stakeholders
