Program Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support SC program oversight through research, data analysis, and preparation of briefings and Congressional Notifications
• Review and update FMS, FMF, BPC, and PKO case information across SCMS, SCIP, DSAMS, SOCIUM, and Advana
• Maintain compliance with SAMM, AECA, FAA, MORs, LORs, and LOAs
• Assist in financial, logistical, training, and transportation analysis
• Support Program Management Reviews and interagency meetings by drafting agendas and tracking action items
• Prepare and maintain PKO documentation and SharePoint repositories
• Respond to inquiries from DSCA, State Department, and auditors
• Coordinate with Implementing Agencies to support MOR development and case closure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Active Secret clearance
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMS, FMF, BPC, PKO, or related security cooperation programs
• Minimum 2 years of experience working within SCMS, SCIP, DSAMS, or similar SC data systems
• Strong analytical, research, writing, and project coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance
• Advanced experience in BPC, Peacekeeping Operations, or Global Train & Equip
• Experience with process improvement, SharePoint, databases, or data visualization
