Program Analyst (GFEBS)

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert (SME) for GFEBS-related tasking
• Support Real Property System of Record operations, including data input, reporting, and data quality validation
• Utilize and maintain GFEBS roles such as Real Property Viewer, Maintainer, Asset Master Data Maintainer, and Reporting roles
• Perform data analysis and reporting across financial, asset, and real property modules
• Support system access coordination, user onboarding, and role assignment within GFEBS
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Army financial and property management standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support task order execution and system requirements
• Assist in training, documentation, and knowledge transfer related to GFEBS processes
• Work within SAP-based modules (FI, FM, AM, SC, CM) supporting financial and asset management workflows
• Coordinate with government stakeholders to validate system usage and applicability at the task level

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen and Active U.S. Passport
• NACI / Public Trust clearance with ability to obtain DoD Secret Clearance
• Bachelors in Accounting, Computer Science or background in financing
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience with GFEBS
• Hands-on experience working within SAP-based ERP environments
• Experience with real property, asset management, or financial data systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management tools
• Familiarity with SAP modules (FI, FM, AM, SC, CM)
• Ability to obtain and maintain required GFEBS system roles and permissions
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting cloud-based GIS systems (AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Experience as a GFEBS Functional Analyst or SAP Consultant
• Existing access to GFEBS roles (Real Property, Asset Management, Reporting)
• Experience supporting Army real property or financial management operations
• Familiarity with data governance, reporting, and audit readiness processes
• Experience working in federal or defense environments
