Program Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and organize programs supporting the J6 Business Administration Office (BAO) using web-based portals and tools.
• Support administration efforts including training coordination, Task Management Tool (TMT) taskers, and policy implementation tracking.
• Monitor compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support leadership decision-making.
• Monitor project schedules, identify gaps, and track potential risks or issues.
• Prepare briefings, training materials, and operating procedure documentation.
• Provide planning support including scheduling, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, process expense reports, and manage incoming correspondence.
• Organize meetings and virtual sessions, including agenda development and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant professional experience (an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered).
• Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using web-based portals and document management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Interest in program management, project scheduling, and performance tracking.
