Program Advisor

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to understand their needs and challenges for tech interview preparation
• Provide guidance on course selection and prerequisites
• Communicate product offerings and alignment with candidate goals
• Offer personalized strategies and resources to help candidates succeed
• Maintain relationships with candidates throughout their preparation journey
• Track candidate progress and provide feedback for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and interview processes
• Contribute to the development of training materials and resources

Requirements

• BE (preferably Computer Science) or MCA degree
• 1-5 years of experience in a customer-facing or advisor role, preferably in education or career services
• Strong understanding of technical interview processes and preparation strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and provide tailored support
• Experience with CRM software and managing candidate databases
