About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact for related emails and voicemails
  • Verify program registration forms and assist with rosters
  • Update scores in tracking systems and provide weekly registration reports
  • Assist with distribution of supplies and equipment
  • Perform clerical work and assist with onsite program staffing
  • Support staff scheduling, recruitment, and interviews

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge or experience in sports such as soccer, volleyball, or basketball
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional human relations and motivational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations

Preferred Qualifications
