About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for related emails and voicemails
- Verify program registration forms and assist with rosters
- Update scores in tracking systems and provide weekly registration reports
- Assist with distribution of supplies and equipment
- Perform clerical work and assist with onsite program staffing
- Support staff scheduling, recruitment, and interviews
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge or experience in sports such as soccer, volleyball, or basketball
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional human relations and motivational skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree
