Program Administrator

Responsibilities

• Review and obtain information from internal and external systems
• Create new files and maintain/update case lists for the program
• Monitor program personnel activities to ensure compliance with client and firm guidelines
• Track key performance metrics and case deadlines for a large volume of files
• Analyze program data and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Organize and distribute program documents and information
• Coordinate regular team meetings
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
• Correspond with clients, claims professionals, and attorneys regarding workflows and deadlines
• Respond to emails and program-related requests

Requirements

• 3 or more years of civil litigation experience in a law firm or insurance company preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and data manipulation
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
