Program Administrator

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers with sales order management and Smartsheet administration/configuration
• Set up and manage project management systems such as Procore for each project
• Perform data analysis to ensure system information aligns with manufacturing progress
• Prepare, design, and communicate project reports, including financial KPI information
• Track project costs, budgets, and revenue for original, current, and forecast evaluations
• Establish and manage processes for recording manufacturing progress to ensure accurate revenue recognition
• Maintain project records on the intranet and designated management systems
• Coordinate project finance meetings and manage communication between internal departments and stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project, manufacturing, or construction management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint
• Ability to travel up to 10% for business trips
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict reporting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Smartsheet and PowerBI
• Knowledge of ERP and/or CRM systems
• Formal administration qualification
