Program Administrator

Responsibilities

• Support Program Managers with sales order management and Smartsheet administration/configuration
• Set up project management and collaboration systems such as Procore for new projects
• Perform data analysis to ensure system information aligns with manufacturing progress
• Prepare, design, and communicate project reports, including financial KPI information
• Track project costs, budgets, and revenue for original, current, and forecast evaluations
• Manage the recording of manufacturing progress to ensure accurate invoicing and revenue recognition
• Maintain project records on the intranet and designated management systems
• Coordinate project finance meetings and manage communication between internal departments and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve sales order accounting issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Project Management
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project, manufacturing, or construction management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint
• Strong ability to plan, set priorities, and coordinate complex work tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and handle stressful situations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Smartsheet and PowerBI
• Knowledge of ERP and/or CRM systems
• Previous experience in a similar administrative role within a technical or industrial environment
