Program Administrator of Operations

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procedures and workflows to ensure efficient delivery of logistical and administrative services for University Correctional Health Care (UCHC).
• Lead the organization of clinical and administrative aspects of assigned projects within specific geographical regions.
• Serve as a team leader for assigned regions during the National Commission on Correctional Healthcare re-accreditation process.
• Conduct and participate in meetings relevant to administrative functions.
• Create and improve procedures for new initiatives and current service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and policies regarding the Department of Corrections, Rutgers, UCHC, and UBHC.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in administration, healthcare, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional-level experience in a government agency, university setting, or large business office.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver's License and possession of a personal vehicle for travel between sites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to be approved by the Department of Corrections (DOC) and adhere to all DOC requirements.
