Responsibilities

  • Act as primary contact/respondent for related emails and voicemails
  • Verify program registration forms and assist with rosters
  • Update scores in tracking systems and provide weekly registration reports
  • Assist with distribution of supplies and equipment
  • Support senior engagement and clerical tasks
  • Assist with onsite program staffing and staff scheduling
  • Support staff recruitment and interviews

Requirements

  • Knowledge or experience in Aquatics
