About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact/respondent for related emails and voicemails
- Verify program registration forms and assist with rosters
- Update scores in tracking systems and provide weekly registration reports
- Assist with distribution of supplies and equipment
- Support senior engagement and clerical tasks
- Assist with onsite program staffing and staff scheduling
- Support staff recruitment and interviews
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Knowledge or experience in Aquatics
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional human relations and motivational skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree
