About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead all business operations at the Profit Centre
- Achieve sales, gross profit, and profit-sharing goals
- Recruit, develop, train, coach, and manage the Profit Centre Team
- Establish sales goals for customer accounts and ensure accountability
- Analyze financial reports to implement strategies for increasing sales and margins
- Build community relationships to increase market share
- Manage marketing plans, purchasing agreements, and assets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of wholesale distribution experience
- Minimum 2 years in a management or leadership role
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Strong understanding of purchasing and inventory control processes
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with industrial PVF products
- Knowledge of the industrial supply business
