Profit Centre Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team of teammates
• Achieve sales, gross profit, and profit-sharing objectives
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share and expand the business
• Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to improve profitability and ROI
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and industry partners
• Manage purchasing strategies, inventory management, and marketing initiatives
• Safeguard Profit Centre assets including inventory, receivables, and facilities
• Foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all applicable standards

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in business, management, engineering, or construction preferred
• Proven leadership experience with responsibility for business performance and team development
• Strong business acumen and ability to interpret financial results
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving growth
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driver's abstract
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading a business unit, branch, or operational team
• Experience in wholesale distribution, construction, or fire protection industries
• Knowledge of financial management, inventory management, and purchasing
• Knowledge of the local construction and fire protection markets
• Previous experience with fire protection products and systems
