About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely invoicing of customer shipments daily
- Assist in servicing customers including answering phones
- File packing slips, pickers, and reconciled reports
- Reconcile daily transactions, Visa Statements and prepare bank deposits
- Enter purchase and expense vendor invoices, debit memos, and cancellations
- Investigate and resolve customer, vendor, and credit inquiries
- Maintain production records and project hours with the Profit Centre Manager
- Support the sales team with submittal packages
- Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets and Google docs
- Provide information for website maintenance and social media updates
Requirements
- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, accounts payable, or accounts receivable
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices and terms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and multitask
